What every plan includes

The original Open Hours catalogue of stations and collections, generated in-house by Escalera Labs with AI, for playback at your venue.

A weekly schedule built around your opening hours, with special dates for holidays and closures and gap music for unscheduled time. Scheduled music follows your venue’s local time.

Song controls for your venue: hide a song that doesn’t suit the space, or report a problem with it.

Permission for background use in your venue under the customer licence, with the conditions for your country shown before checkout, and a printable licence certificate for the venue that anyone can check.

More than one venue

Each venue has its own plan, so the price per venue stays the same as you grow. Add venues to the same account and manage their music, schedules and plans in one place.

Trial, renewal and cancellation

The 7-day trial needs a card. If you don’t cancel before it ends, the plan you chose starts and is charged. Monthly plans renew every month; yearly plans are paid upfront each year.

Cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for. You can ask for a refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that payment.

Taxes

Each price shows whether tax is included. Where tax is added, it is calculated at checkout where it applies.
